This project was requested to mulch approximately 3 acres of selective clearing for a new house lot. We brought in 15 to 20 loads of dirt to build elevation for the house pad. We redid all the roads and built a 50x50 gravel parking lot that required hauling in 10-15 loads of gravel and installed a two-bedroom gravity septic system.

Mr. Golden requested us to clear approximately half an acre and cut an embankment out that was approximately 30 to 45 feet tall, measuring at about half an acre for a garage to be built that was a 60 x 80.
We repurposed the dirt from the embankment and filled in a valley along his driveway.

Shane Rogers
Mr. Roger’s requested we perform final grade around his new construction, after final grade we placed 170 cubic yards of hard wood mulch around his property and completely regrade and re-sloped his 1600 foot driveway that required we haul in 10 loads of gravel.
